Using the service
PropertyWorksheet provides software for organizing property information, rental records, renovation tasks, contacts, and documents. You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy of your records, and having authority to upload personal or tenant information.
Plans and recurring payments
Free, Starter, and Pro have the allowances shown on the pricing page and in your account. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Applicable taxes and any selected storage add-ons are shown during checkout. Confirmed upgrades may include prorated charges or credits.
Cancellation and downgrade
Cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your paid period. Downgrading does not automatically delete records, but feature access and new additions are limited by the new plan. Contact support about billing disputes or refund requests.
Uploads and acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, or records you are not authorized to hold. Do not attempt to access another account or disrupt the service. Abuse or nonpayment may result in restricted access.
Estimates and exports
Financial scenarios and annual record summaries are planning tools. They are not legal, accounting, investment, or tax advice, and they do not file returns or transfer rent payments. Review figures and exports with a qualified professional when necessary.
Availability and changes
The service may require maintenance and updates. Keep your own copies of important documents. Plan or policy changes will be reflected in the service; material billing changes require the applicable notice and consent. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
